Camtek Ltd. announced on June 2, 2026, that it has received a multi-system order totaling $55 million from a tier-1 OSAT supporting AI applications, and additional orders of over $50 million, all for Hawk systems, from a leading HBM manufacturer for AI-related applications. All these orders are expected to be delivered in 2027. CEO Rafi Amit commented that the continued flow of orders reflects the exciting momentum since the beginning of the year, highlighting the strengthening of the OSAT business with respect to 2.5D and 3D AI related devices and the superior capabilities of the Hawk to meet the most demanding requirements of HBM manufacturing.
