It also holds interest in various other projects located in Québec, Canada. The company was formerly known as Cleyo Resources Inc. and changed its name to Eloro Resources Ltd. in July 1997. Eloro Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 1975 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
