Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. has completed two significant asset acquisitions from Honeywell International Inc., totaling $30.0 million in cash. The first transaction, valued at $22.0 million, provides the company with assets and intellectual property rights related to Honeywell's general aviation autopilot, navigation/communication, multifunction display, and transponder product lines. The second transaction, valued at $8.0 million, covers assets and intellectual property for Honeywell's electronic generator and generator control unit systems used on the F-15 fighter and Boeing 767/KC-46 platforms. Both agreements were signed and closed on consecutive days in late March 2026, indicating immediate execution. The transactions include comprehensive intellectual property licenses that allow the company to repair, overhaul, manufacture, sell, import, export, and distribute the acquired products. Accompanying Transition Services Agreements ensure Honeywell will provide technical support during the integration period. These acquisitions significantly expand the company's product portfolio in both commercial and defense aviation markets, enhancing its capabilities in integrated cockpit avionics and electrical power system sustainment.
