Enel Chile S.A.'s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting resolved to distribute a final dividend equivalent to 50% of 2025 net income, totaling US$268,814,614 before deducting the interim dividend already paid in January 2026. The remaining balance of US$216,043,119 will be paid to shareholders of record as of May 14, 2026, on May 20, 2026, converted to Chilean pesos using the official USD exchange rate published on May 13, 2026. Payment modalities include direct bank deposit for authorized shareholders or withdrawal via demand drafts at DCV Registros S.A. branches, with unclaimed funds held in custody.
