On May 9, 2026, Hyperscale Data, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Omnipresent Robotics LLC, entered into a definitive Appendix with AGIBOT PTE. LTD., supplementing the Partner Agreement dated April 15, 2026. The Appendix converts the prior memorandum of understanding into a material definitive agreement. Key terms include AGIBOT's commitment to sell up to 143 intelligent robot products to Omnipresent for a purchase price of up to approximately $13.4 million, with units already on order. The agreement also includes provisions on confidentiality, intellectual property, product warranty, and indemnification. This strategic move positions Hyperscale Data to generate real-world robotics datasets and support embodied AI training within the United States, potentially expanding its workforce in Michigan.
