SEC filingAya Gold & Silver reported high-grade silver drill results from its Zgounder mine, confirming strong mineralization continuity and expansion potential.
Aya Gold & Silver Inc. released high-grade silver drill results from its Zgounder Silver Mine in Morocco, demonstrating strong continuity of mineralization around the open pit, in the central zone, and near the Western Fault. The best intercept was 1,867 g/t Ag over 6.0m in hole ZG-RC-26-946 in the open-pit area, including 5,100 g/t over 2.0m. In the central area, hole T28-26-1248 intersected 2,176 g/t Ag over 8.4m, including 4,298 g/t over 3.6m. Near the Western Fault, hole YAK-26-502 returned 795 g/t Ag over 4.8m, supporting the exploration potential to the west where development of an exploration drift at the 1825m level is advancing. The results come from 116 holes (5 surface DDH, 28 underground DDH, 23 RC, 33 T28, 27 YAK). Year to date, 9,250m or 30.8% of the 2026 exploration program has been drilled. These high-grade intercepts confirm the potential to expand resources at depth and laterally, which is significant for Aya's growth strategy.
