Digi Power X Inc. has secured a landmark 10-year colocation agreement with Cerebras Systems Inc., a leading AI compute provider, for its purpose-built 40 MW AI data center in Columbiana, Alabama. This transaction provides the Company with $1.1 billion in committed contract value over the initial term, scaling to $2.5 billion if Cerebras exercises its 7-year extension option, delivering long-term revenue visibility critical for data center operators. The phased rollout—15 MW Phase 1 by December 2026 and 25 MW Phase 2 by Q1 2027—aligns with accelerated AI infrastructure demand, with Phase 1 self-funded by Digi Power X to demonstrate commitment. Cerebras gains exclusive access to high-density Tier III infrastructure optimized for AI accelerators, including N+1 power/cooling redundancy, while the Company retains facility ownership under a license structure. Phase 2 hinges on securing financing, approved by Cerebras, introducing execution risk but also upside.
